Verizon + Frontier $20B Network Integration

Created as my final project for a Strategic Communication course, this plan outlines a full communications strategy for Verizon’s $20B acquisition of Frontier. I developed stakeholder analyses, message frameworks, crisis-response workflows, and a phased rollout addressing employee stability, regulatory expectations, and rural broadband concerns.
